Refund policy

Non-returnable items

• All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our items (i.e. foods/food products, alcoholic beverages (i.e. beer, soda, ice).
• Unused and unopened items are not eligible for return.
• Online orders are considered final sale since it has been curated by the customer.
• We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Online Ordering Policy

• By using our online store, you agree that you are 21 years of age or older to legally purchase alcohol.
• You also acknowledge and authorize that you are the primary credit card owner who is making the informed decision to purchase any of the goods on our online store. 
• Please confirm all items and quantities before submitting your order.  We cannot honor any exchanges requested to be made once the order and payment have been received by us. 
• Upon order pick up, we require the order confirmation and a valid photo ID matching the name of the customer to be presented to one of our staff members.  We cannot release the order without this proof.
• Orders are required to be picked up within the same day.  Orders cannot be held beyond the day it has been placed. 
• Should an order not be picked up and without any notification from customer, the sale will be considered final and no refund can be issued.
  
• Lastly, Penn Thrift Beverage and its staff are not responsible for purchases made by others without the card holder's consent or experience buyer's remorse.
